Data privacy statement

The providers of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data-protection regulations and this data privacy statement.

A range of personal data is collected when you use this website. Personal data is data that allows you to be identified as a person. This data privacy statement explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how it is done and for what purposes.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the transfer of data over the Internet (e.g. communication by email) is not entirely secure. It is not possible to completely protect data from being accessed by third parties.

Note about the responsible body

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing procedures are only possible with your express consent. You may revoke any consent you have already provided at any time. All you need to do is to send us an informal email. The lawful nature of data processing carried out up to such consent being revoked will remain unaffected by the revocation.

Right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority

Right to data transferability

You are entitled to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Any requests for the data to be directly transferred to another responsible person will only be fulfilled if such transfer is technically possible.

This site employs SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transfer of confidential content, e.g. orders or requests that you send to us as the provider of the site. Encrypted connections are indicated by the fact that the browser's address line will change from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock icon in the line of your browser.

The data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties when SSL or TLS encryption has been activated.

Information, blocking, erasure

You are entitled within the scope of the applicable legal provisions to free disclosure about the storage of your personal data, where it originates from, its recipients as well as the purpose of data processing and, where appropriate, you are entitled to this data being corrected, blocked or erased at any time. You may contact us at any time at the address provided in the legal section if you have any further questions about the issue of personal data.
